Developed by Resources Health and Safety Queensland (RSHQ), this course has been specifically tailored for statutory ticket holders to meet the mandatory 20-hour professional development requirement of the Practising Certificate Scheme and is endorsed by the Board of Examiners.

- Learners can stop and resume at any point throughout the modules.

- The learner selects preferred Approved Provider to complete the 1-day face-to-face workshop.
- The trainer and the location are determined by the Approved Provider.
- Assessment and delivery resources are developed, and quality assured by Simtars/RSHQ.
- Delivery resources are provided by Simtars/RSHQ.
- A Train the Trainer model supports the content delivery and quality framework.
- The Approved Provider enrols and invoices the learner for the 1-day face-to-face workshop component.
