Simtars RTO Policies
Simtars is committed to transparent, learner-centred operations that reflect the four Quality Areas outlined in the Standards for RTOs 2025. The following publicly available policies support learners, employers and stakeholders by clearly outlining expectations, rights, and responsibilities.
These policies are grouped by their relevant Quality Area.
Quality Area 1: Training and Assessment
Policies that support how training is delivered, assessed and certified to maintain integrity and quality outcomes.

Quality Area 3: VET Workforce
Building a capable and ethical VET workforce.
This Quality Area supports learner and industry confidence by ensuring Simtars employs qualified, professional and continually developing trainers and assessors.
At this time, there are no standalone public-facing policies under this area.Workforce credentials, development and responsibilities are managed through internal policies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2025.

Policies that uphold Simtars’ ethical conduct, legal compliance and responsible business operations.
