You will complete one (1) Fundamental Unit comprising twelve (12) micro-learning modules designed to develop essential emotional intelligence and people-focused leadership capabilities. Each module focuses on practical, real-world applications that build self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and effective interpersonal communication—enabling participants to connect authentically, manage stress and respond thoughtfully in diverse workplace situations.

Each module issues a Certificate of Completion (non-accredited).

This program is not AQF-accredited and does not grant a licence or practising certificate.

The learning is practical, relevant and immediately applicable, ensuring participants can transfer their emotional intelligence skills directly to real-world leadership and team environments. Each module focuses on developing self-aware, empathetic and resilient professionals who can recognise emotions, manage relationships effectively and respond with composure and clarity in challenging situations.

Online, self-paced eLearning delivered through Simtars’ dedicated learning platform. Each micro-learning module is concise and engaging, taking less than one (1) hour to complete, allowing for flexible and efficient learning.

Annual load: 12 micro-learnings = approx. 12 hours of flexible learning across the Leading with Emotional Intelligence Program.

Recommendation: Allow 1–2 weeks per micro-learning to complete comfortably alongside other commitments.

Evidence: Completion records and Certificates of Completion are provided for each module as proof of participation and skill development.

You do not need to complete an LLND assessment for this non-accredited program. The course is written in plain English and presented in a clear, accessible format designed for all learners.

Assessment Methods: There are no formal assessments in this online program. You’ll complete self-paced eLearning with knowledge checks along the way. Work through all sections at your own pace. Once you’ve finished the module, you’ve met the requirement.

Attendance Requirements: There is no workshop to attend. To complete the unit, simply finish the online module in full. Your progress is saved, so you can pause and resume around shifts and home commitments.

Credential Issued: This program is non-accredited and does not issue an AQF credential. When you finish each online lesson you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion (non-accredited) for that course.

Issuance Timeframe: This is a non-accredited program, so no AQF certification is issued. Your Certificate of Completion for each course will be provided within 30 calendar days of successfully completing the online module (and settlement of any fees, where applicable).
