| You will complete one (1) Fundamental Unit comprising twelve (12) micro-learning modules designed to build essential workplace capabilities, along with a customised learning stream featuring additional micro-learnings that extend your skills across areas such as leadership, communication, problem-solving and wellbeing. Each module issues a Certificate of Completion (non-accredited). This program is not AQF-accredited and does not grant a licence or practising certificate. |

| Assessment Methods: There are no formal assessments in this online program. You’ll complete self-paced eLearning with knowledge checks along the way. Work through all sections at your own pace. Once you’ve finished the module, you’ve met the requirement. Attendance Requirements: There is no workshop to attend. To complete the unit, simply finish the online module in full. Your progress is saved, so you can pause and resume around shifts and home commitments. |

| Credential Issued: This program is non-accredited and does not issue an AQF credential. When you finish each online lesson you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion (non-accredited) for that course. |
